In these tough times, many businesses believe it’s even more important to maintain team spirit. But where can you find a fun event that everyone can take part in, without stretching the budget?

The Mount Everest "team challenge" offers an opportunity for teams (suggested size 4-8 members) to:

  • Work together raising funds for a charitable cause
  • Support each other while overcoming their fears
  • Feed their competitive instincts, by taking on other local companies, or other teams in your company!

 Corporate team challenge

Your entry fee of just £75 (which you can raise through sponsorship if you prefer) includes:

  • A guaranteed time slot of at least 20 minutes on the main climbing pole
  • Entry to two competitions, with trophies for the "Top Team Climb" (for the most climbs completed in a fixed period), and "Top Fundraising Team".
  • A bottle of bubbly (at the finish, not before you start!)

If you raise £500 in sponsorship, this will fund a place on "Fire Me Up!" course. You may, if you wish, nominate a young person from your local community to benefit from this, which builds your company’s local reputation as an employer and corporate citizen.

If you wish to build a bigger team-building event into the day, with further team challenges, please contact us to ask our professional event organisers to tailor a programme to your needs on the day. We can offer the "Mobile Team Challenge" through Head 4 Heights, and there are many other facilities in the Cotswold Water Park, including archery, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, raft building and orienteering / treasure hunts. We can also arrange accommodation ranging from tents to the luxury 4* Four Pillars hotel nearby.

Gym teams

Local gyms can also enter a team, with a separate "Top Gym team" trophy as well as the chance to compete for "Top Fundraising Team" (as above).

Many gyms find this a great way to:

  • Build a sense of fun and team spirit among their members
  • Provide a focus for their members’ training programmes
  • Develop a greater sense of belonging to the club

Does your gym have the fittest and most motivated group of members? If so, create a great PR opportunity by winning the trophy.

If not, just have some fun together!
